Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking to manage the end-to-end internal communications portfolio across divisions, driving engagement initiatives that strengthen awareness of priorities. You will develop and execute strategies, partner with senior leaders, and oversee feedback channels to ensure timely, clear messaging.

Responsibilities include analyzing employee sentiment, coordinating campaigns and events, and supporting organisational change programs through targeted communications.

• Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Ability to analyse feedback and measure engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
