Job summary

Pacific Life Re in Singapore seeks an AVP, Business Proposition for Protection to drive strategic initiatives and develop compelling market propositions that expand the global offering. You will collaborate with Global Client Solutions, Divisional Strategy and UnderwriteMe to align initiatives and drive cross-market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Educated to at least degree level, preferably with actuarial or similar training.
• Proven experience in life (re)insurer, pricing or client solutions at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Explore new markets/segments with in-market Client Solutions teams.
• Lead global product/proposition development for large-scale cross-market opportunities.
• Act as conduit for Protection to leverage global product work.
• Support strategy reviews across Protection and Divisional Strategy teams.
• Provide Chief of Staff-type support to the GPEC with stakeholders across the business.
