Pacific Life Re Limited is seeking an AVP, Business Proposition and Enablement for India (Singapore based, 24‑month contract). The role leads market proposition development, enables cross‑market initiatives, and drives new product concepts aligned with India strategy.

You will coordinate with Pricing, Underwriting, and Risk to deliver robust risk papers and governance. You will lead a team and contribute to marketing activities, attending client meetings and industry conferences to promote the

Qualificações

• Qualified actuary with 10+ years of experience, pricing/product development experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with sound judgement and commercial awareness.
• Proficient at extracting, manipulating, analysing and drawing conclusions from data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop market and proposition for India markets to identify growth opportunities beyond current plans.
• Develop new products/propositions based on market research, quotes and client needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end processes with internal teams for technical assessment, risk approvals, and compliance.
• Lead communications with Pricing and Underwriting teams.
• Support preparation and presentation of risk papers and DRMC documents.
• Develop initial stage gates and fail-fast criteria.
• Support Client Solutions in meetings/workshops to understand client needs and pitch products.
• Drive interactions with vertical industries to identify new propositions.
• Conduct regular market research to build a library of product launches in India.
• Collaborate with Clients Solutions to align business strategy with proposition development.
• Coordinate with technical teams to execute strategy and set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Lead and coach the team, exposing them to wider deal strategy and market knowledge.
