Job summary

Pacific Life Re in Singapore seeks an AVP, Business Proposition and Enablement for India, on a 24-month contract. You will drive proposition development, product innovation, and alignment with Pricing, Underwriting, and Risk to enable growth in India.

You will lead and develop a team, engage with clients and internal stakeholders, and represent the company at conferences, leveraging deep market knowledge and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Actuary with 10+ years' experience, ideally including Pricing and/or Product Development.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness to justify business cases.
• Proficiency in extracting, manipulating, analysing and drawing conclusions from data.
• Leadership experience in building and guiding a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and proposition development for India alongside the India PMLC Lead.
• Develop new products and propositions from market research and client needs.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Underwriting, Risk and internal teams on technical aspects.
• Lead and mentor a team to deliver strategy and market initiatives.
