Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the India life (re)insurance market with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Preferably a qualified actuary with relevant post-qualified experience.
- Highly analytical and a creative problem solver, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver India market product and proposition development.
- Proactively identify market trends, client needs and business opportunities, translating insights into differentiated propositions.
- Coordinate governance and approval processes to support successful delivery.
- Develop compelling proposition concepts and executive-ready materials; communicate value drivers.
