Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of its client seeks an AVP - Group HC Solution Architect to lead the HC digital strategy and drive a unified Group-level platform. You will oversee SAP SuccessFactors, manage global PMs, and guide AI-driven HR transformations across regions.

You will collaborate with HC senior leadership to shape platform strategy, ensure governance, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a multi-tenant, multi-region environment.

Qualifications

• Senior experience leading Human Capital technology transformations, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors in multi-tenant or multi-region environments (3–5 years).
• Experience consolidating large HC landscapes (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting).
• Ability to evaluate and compare HC platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors vs Workday).
• Strong understanding of AI applications in HC and digital workforce enablement.
• Experience leading teams of Product Managers or Solution Owners in global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and sustain the HC digital vision and roadmap with HC senior leadership.
• Lead the strategy to unify regional HC platforms into a Group-level solution.
• Guide platform strategy, vendor options, AI adoption, and investment decisions.
• Coach HC Product Managers and oversee SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with Group Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and data standards.
• Oversee operating models, support, escalation paths, and release governance.
