Job summary

OCBC invites a hands-on AVP-level digital HR professional to lead the People Operations & Digital HR agenda in Singapore. You will own Workday HCM platforms, drive AI-enabled automation, and partner with risk, tech, and HR to deliver scalable, compliant digital HR solutions.

You will translate business needs into practical, secure, and scalable HR technology, manage end-to-end delivery, and champion user adoption across employees and managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Hands-on Workday ecosystem management and HRIS experience desired.
Experience with banking/regulated environments is a plus.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled HR solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and optimization of core HR platforms, especially Workday.
Pilot AI-enabled automation and data-driven HR improvements.
Oversee integration design with Workday Extend and external vendors.
Architect dashboards and analytics for talent mapping and planning.
Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Drive change management and adoption across HR and business teams.
