Qualifications

Minimum total of 10 years in Human Capital Management processes and solutions (design, implementation, support) across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
End-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Talent Management and SAP HCM modules.
Experience with Talent Management, Performance/Goal Management, Calibration, Compensation & Var. Pay, Learning.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects from requirements through post-go-live support.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
Provide functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules.
Collaborate with business users to optimize HR processes and apply best practices.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare functional specs, process docs, configuration docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems.
Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
