Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Real Estate professional to manage daily facilities operations, ensure safety, sustainability, and efficiency of our premises. You will lead maintenance programs, coordinate with vendors, support ESG initiatives, and drive energy efficiency across office environments, balancing short-term fixes with long-term improvements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Engineering or Real Estate with at least 5 years of facilities management experience,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Real Estate/Property Management.
• 5+ years facilities management experience in office environments.
• Experience with M&E, plumbing, fire protection and BMS systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of office facilities and maintenance programs.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives with ESG alignment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support when necessary.
