OCBC invites experienced Corporate Real Estate professionals to lead facilities operations across its premises, focusing on safe, sustainable and efficient workplaces. You will oversee critical systems, drive maintenance programs, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to uphold high standards.

The role emphasizes sustainability initiatives, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to align with ESG goals while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Real Estate/Property Management with at least 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience in maintenance of M&E, plumbing, fire suppression & protection, BMS related systems.
• Strong in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCad.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and monitor MEP, HVAC, electrical, water, waste and energy infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs and service contracts.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and consultants to ensure quality and compliance.
• Supervise term contractors and ensure service standards are met.
• Lead energy efficiency, water conservation and waste reduction initiatives.
