Job summary

OCBC Property Services Private Limited in Singapore seeks a Security Lead to safeguard people, assets and operations. You will lead on-ground security strategy, work with stakeholders, and operate in a dynamic environment where judgment and leadership have a real impact daily.

You will be responsible for managing the on-site security team, coordinating with facilities and IT, and driving continuous improvement, incident response, and vendor management to ensure a safe, compliant building

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Security / Facilities Management or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of security operations experience, with supervisory roles.
• Experience in Singapore Police Force or Singapore Armed Forces is highly preferred.
• Proficient in managing surveillance systems (CCTV, EACS).
• Good understanding of PDPA, Privacy and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, review and implement security programmes and post orders.
• Lead on-site security team and coordinate with facilities management.
• Oversee access control, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Engage vendors and manage security systems maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
