Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Platform Owner to lead the direction and roadmap for customer platforms, ensuring seamless experiences across self-service and assisted channels.

You will collaborate with IT and Data teams to deploy capabilities into live experiences, monitor performance with analytics, and drive continuous improvement while balancing customer value and business outcomes. This role requires strong API and cloud fluency, data/AI experience in customer environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of platform ownership experience with customer-experience transformation.
• Hands-on experience in managing platforms through build, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to define executable scope with design and engineering teams.
• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience in applying data and AI in customer environments.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across domains without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and roadmap for customer platforms, aligning with business priorities.
• Ensure coherent journeys between self-service and assisted channels to enhance user experience.
• Partner with IT and Data teams for the integration and deployment of capabilities into live experiences.
