Job summary

THE GREAT EASTERN LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED is hiring an AVP, Digital Customer Platforms in Singapore to own digital platform(s) end to end, from customer experience and roadmap through delivery, adoption and production performance.

This is a hands-on product ownership role requiring close attention to detail, trade-offs, and ensuring customer context is integrated across self-service and assisted journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience owning digital platforms from discovery to live operation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into executable scope.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering and delivery teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms and modern digital architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and roadmap for digital customer platforms, translating priorities into scope.
• Lead delivery from discovery through design, build, testing and release with cross-functional teams.
• Own live platform performance with customer, business and operational metrics; drive improvements.
• Ensure coherent journeys between self-service and assisted channels with reusable capabilities.
