Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery leader to oversee multi-workstream transformations.

You will drive scope, sequencing, milestones, and quality, while coordinating investment planning from inception to outcome realization. The role requires 8+ years in transformation, governance, and change management within regulated industries, with a track record of delivering complex programmes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transformation, programme delivery, or consulting within regulated industries.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-workstream programmes in complex environments.
• Ability to execute with pace amidst competing priorities and existing workloads.
• Strong judgement in managing ambiguous situations, with effective escalation skills.
• Solid understanding of digital, data, and AI to effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Excellent risk and dependency management, with clear communication skills at executive levels.
• Capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Recognised certifications in programme delivery or change management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive programme delivery encompassing scope, sequencing, milestones, and quality.
• Facilitate prioritisation of programmes and investment planning from inception to outcome realisation.
• Serve as the central authority for programme oversight, including governance, risk, and reporting.
• Manage dependencies and impacts across digital and operational platforms, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
• Resolve cross-workstream issues and elevate critical decisions for executive resolution.
• Collaborate with support functions and manage external partners to meet agreed objectives.
• Foster market readiness and adoption through a common operating model with necessary adaptations.
