Job summary

Singlife Singapore is seeking a meticulous and reliable professional to join our Controls and Reporting team. The role focuses on daily control checks and assisting with functional and regulatory reporting, while also helping plan and manage our Operations processing teams.

You will own COI reconciliation with CPF Board and Agent Banks, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and support ad-hoc regulatory matters. Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in investment operations with COI reporting to regulators and agent banks.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Strategic thinker with growth mindset, adaptable and structured decision making.
• Strong stakeholder management for Operations governance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Own COI reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and Agent Banks.
• Support daily operations of the Controls & Reporting team and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with Finance and Technology to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in calculations for trade delays and price comparisons with vendors/internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for regulatory reporting, management oversight, and IRAS FATCA/ CRS.
• Oversee Operations team and provide cross-functional support for initiatives.
• Assist client migrations and process improvements.
