Job summary

Singlife Group is seeking a meticulous and reliable professional to join the Controls and Reporting team in Singapore. The role focuses on daily control checks and assisting with functional and regulatory reporting, while also supporting planning for the Operations processing teams.

You will engage with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate COI reporting, timely FATCA/CRS submissions, and smooth cross-functional collaboration across Finance and Technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in investment operations with COI reporting experience.
• Experience with regulatory reporting to regulators and agent banks.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Governance and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own COI reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and Agent Banks.
• Support daily Operations processing and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with Finance and Technology to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in calculations for trade delays and price comparisons; ensure timely processing of units/cash for clients.
• Prepare reports for regulatory reporting, management oversight and stakeholder communication (IRAS FATCA & CRS).
• Provide primary support and oversight of Operations team.
• Cross-support for process improvements and client migration initiatives.
