Job summary

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office is seeking an AVP to support daily business management, governance and coordination across leadership activities. The role focuses on workforce administration, vendor coordination and team initiatives within a dynamic bank environment.

You will assist with budget, reporting, calendar management and meeting logistics, while maintaining records and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 5–8 years in business management, PMO support, operational support, executive administration or departmental coordination.
• Experience in financial services, consulting or technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management updates, presentations and reporting materials.
• Maintain trackers, organisation charts and shared repositories; follow up on actions.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel and meeting materials.
• Help organise town halls, workshops, and team events; support internal comms and newsletters.
• Maintain records and team documentation.
