Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Analytics or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years in business management, PMO support, operational support or executive administration.
  • Experience in financial services, consulting or technology organisations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support management updates, presentations and reporting materials.
  • Maintain team trackers, management information and org charts.
  • Track and follow up on key actions and deliverables across the team.
  • Support headcount tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain vendor, contract, purchase order and invoice records.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement and external vendors on operational matters.
  • Assist with budget administration and routine reporting where required.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, workshops and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes and action logs.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense submissions and administrative requests.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for leadership meetings and departmental activities.
  • Maintain records, filing systems and team documentation.
  • Support the organisation of town halls, workshops, training sessions and team events.
  • Assist with internal communications, newsletters and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate participation in external events, industry engagements and partnership activities.
  • Provide general coordination support across CDAO initiatives and activities.

Assistant Vice President, CDAO Business Management Analyst
Role Purpose

Support the day-to-day operations of the APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) by providing business management, administrative and coordination support across leadership activities, workforce administration, vendor management and team initiatives. The role helps ensure the smooth and effective running of the CDAO function.

Key Responsibilities
Business Management & Operations
  • Support the preparation of management updates, presentations and reporting materials.
  • Maintain team trackers, management information, organisation charts and shared repositories.
  • Track and follow up on key actions, deliverables and outstanding items across the team.
  • Support headcount tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain vendor, contract, purchase order and invoice records.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement and external vendors on operational and administrative matters.
