Job summary

Great Eastern seeks a senior leader to drive the General Insurance business through strategic partnerships across associates, internal teams, and Business Banking channels. You will support the Head of Section in pursuing operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include steering business development, marketing campaigns, and campaign execution while optimizing retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree holder preferable with professional insurance qualification.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess BCP, PGI, CGI and HI.
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of General Insurance business through strategic partnerships with associate companies, internal departments, and Business Banking channels.
• Support the Head of Section in driving operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive business development across direct clients, OCBC bankers, and other touchpoints.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and product sequencing for acquisition and retention.
• Ensure timely campaign rollout, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets for ROI.
