• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Law, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, or legal functions within insurance/financial services.
• Proficiency in the Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act, Financial Holding Companies Act, and MAS Notices/Guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical regulatory compliance advice to business units and participate in new initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of Group policies and conduct regulatory gap assessments.
• Collaborate on the Enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (eGRC) platform.
• Provide training on FATCA/CRS and insider trading.
• Conduct risk-based compliance assurance reviews and coordinate annual Group-wide Attestation exercises.
