Job summary

Embraer Asia Pacific is seeking a Material Customer Account Manager on a 12-month contract to support the Asia Pacific region. You will coordinate Material Programs Management activities including AOG support, on-site stock audits, core return analysis, and retrofit campaigns, ensuring expert material and logistics support for customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in Material Support & Services activities in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Material Programs Management activities: AOG support, On Site Stock Audits and Reconciliations, Core Return Analysis, Invoice Disputes, Retrofit campaigns and related material/logistics topics.
• Present updates on Material Support & Logistics processes at EEOCs Embraer Executive Operators Conference.
• Ensure compliance with visits/training to customers and service centers; improve customer relationships.
• Coordinate global distribution of parts for Retrofit Campaigns; track parts and schedule with Service Centers and Customers.
• On-site stock inventory counts, audits and replenishment metrics; monitor KPIs for Retrofit Campaigns.
• Interface with planning, Customer Support Program and review Retrofit plans; forecast seed units.
• Prepare presentations to operators on material performance, root cause analysis and action plans.
• Maintain global interface with customers, operators, suppliers, maintenance shops and engineers to enable material support.
• Partner with New Business Development for future opportunities in Material Support Services.
• Attend and report on Supply Chain meetings; drive corrective actions and improvements.
