ATR Eastern Support Private Limited, based in Singapore, is seeking a Materials Manager to bridge ATR’s global supply chain with regional operators. You will transition from transactional work to strategic account management, ensuring material availability and long-term planning for assigned operators.

You will engage customers, manage backlogs, benchmark performance, forecast material needs, and collaborate with Commercial, Supply, and Repair teams to deliver seamless service.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma or ‘A’ Level; Degree in Logistics or Aviation preferred.
• Minimum 2 years within the Aviation industry (Materials/Supply Chain/Technical Support).
• Proficiency inSAP(MM/SD modules) andMicrosoft Office(Advanced Excel).
• Professional fluency in written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Voice of Customer (VoC): conduct structured reviews and site visits to identify material pain points, expectations, and operational requirements.
• Backlog Management: maintain real-time oversight of customer priorities and urgent requirements to ensure supply chain alignment.
• Performance Benchmarking: analyze material support KPIs, present performance data to operators, and establish collaborative Action Plans.
• Material Forecasting: collaborate with operators on maintenance forecasting and line maintenance stock strategies to ensure proactive parts provisioning.
• Escalation & Operational Enablement: support AOG resolution and Level 2 escalation for complex material queries.
