APAC Aviation Asset Sales Manager

Job summary

Avstock seeks a Sales Manager APAC to drive the expansion of its aviation asset trading business across Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore and on-site, you will identify new opportunities with airlines, lessors, and operators while managing key client relationships and negotiating complex agreements.

You will conduct market research, analyze regional trends, and prepare forecasts to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within aviation, aerospace, or related asset trading industries.
• Strong client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder engagement across diverse cultures in the APAC region.
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and commercial decision-making for complex, high-value transactions.
• Solid understanding of aviation assets (aircraft, engines, spare parts) and familiarity with leasing, asset management, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical and commercial information clearly.
• Competence in market analysis, sales forecasting, and use of CRM or sales management tools to track pipelines and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional APAC regional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and travel frequently across the APAC region.
• Preferably a Singapore Citizen (OR) PR Holder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Avstock’s aviation asset trading business across the APAC market.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with airlines, lessors, and operators.
• Manage existing client relationships and negotiate sales, leasing, and asset management agreements.
• Conduct market research, analyze regional trends, and prepare forecasts and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and finance teams for accurate asset information and timely proposals.
• Travel regularly within the APAC region for client meetings and industry events.
