Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum two years related customer support experience (aviation preferred).
• Good written, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Good team player and proficient with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to Customer Support Manager and support Business Development Directors on account related issues.
• Generate sales quotations and follow up to closure, including routine KPIs reports.
• Maintain professionalism handling customer queries or complaints with timely solutions.
• Engage external customers on account issues and establish rapport via routine communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams on account issues, attends meetings for job induction and closing.
• Administer shipping, invoicing and related logistics coordination.
• Document and maintain data integrity of sales and customer records in ERP.
• Interface with OEM HQ on warranty, spares inventory, leases, and sales reports.
• Participate in marketing events planning and execution.
• Support compliance requirements and standby for 24/7 AOG on rotation; travel to client sites as needed.
