Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE, qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or equivalent in a common law jurisdiction.
• Prior aviation matters experience is mandatory.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while being a strong team player.
• Demonstrates ownership and initiative with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• First-class legal and drafting skills.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Advise airlines, lessors and banks on aviation financing and leasing matters.
• Work on cross-border aviation transactions with colleagues across offices.
• Draft and negotiate complex financing documents, including conditions precedent and ancillary docs.
• Develop strategies and provide practical, business-oriented advice to international clients.
