Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal to support our Aviation asset finance team. You will assist with aviation transactions, draft and review documents, and coordinate closings, deliveries, and post‑closing tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in paralegal or contracts management, preferably in aviation finance or asset finance, with strong English, MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and liaise with clients and counterparties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years paralegal or contracts management experience
• Experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance, or corporate transactions an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent file management and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and engage with internal/external stakeholders

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Aviation practice in Singapore as a member of our Asset Finance team.

The Role

• Supporting the team with all aspects of aviation transactions
• Liaising with clients and counterparties (other law firms, leasing companies, airlines, manufacturers etc) throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation
• Transaction management, including:
  • Managing CPs and CP checklists
  • Closings and deliveries
  • Post-closing activities

Skills and Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years of paralegal or transaction / contracts management experience
• Ideally with experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance, or corporate transactions
• Familiarity with aircraft leasing and/or finance documentation is an advantage
• Good spoken and written skills in English
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
• Ability to work independently and confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with file management systems
• Attention to detail, well-organized and good record-keeping skills
