Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright Singapore is seeking a Paralegal to join the Aviation practice within the Asset Finance team. You will support aviation transactions, liaise with clients and counterparties, and assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documentation through the lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years of paralegal or contracts management experience, with exposure to aviation finance or asset finance. Strong English, meticulous records, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of paralegal or contracts management experience.
• Experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance, or corporate transactions preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with all aspects of aviation transactions.
• Liaise with clients and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Draft and review transaction documentation.
• Transaction management including closings, CPs and post-closing activities.
• Keep files organized with thorough record-keeping.

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Aviation practice in Singapore as a member of our Asset Finance team.

Skills and Experience Required

• Supporting the team with all aspects of aviation transactions
• Liaising with clients and counterparties (other law firms, leasing companies, airlines, manufacturers etc) throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation
• Transaction management, including:
• Managing CPs and CP checklists
• Closings and deliveries
• Post-closing activities
• 3 to 5 years of paralegal or transaction / contracts management experience
• Ideally with experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance, or corporate transactions
• Familiarity with aircraft leasing and/or finance documentation is an advantage
• Good spoken and written skills in English
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
• Ability to work independently and confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with file management systems
• Attention to detail, well-organized and good record-keeping skills
