You will handle diverse, cross-border transactions from early drafting through to completion, collaborating with colleagues across offices and developing strategies for practical, commercial solutions for international

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ PQE, qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or their equivalent.
• Prior experience in aviation matters is mandatory.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure while being an excellent team player.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and initiative, approaching tasks proactively with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Excellent management and organization skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• First class legal and drafting skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Acute willingness to learn and to take their experience to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with colleagues and clients on complex, cross-border transactions.
• Take ownership of key workstreams and develop experience across the full lifecycle of aviation financing and leasing matters.
• Be involved in a diverse range of transactions, acting for airlines, lessors and banks.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other offices on global deals.
• Develop strategies and provide practical, business-oriented advice to international clients.
