Norton Rose Fulbright in Singapore seeks an Associate to join the Aviation team within the Banking & Finance practice. You will work on sophisticated aviation finance transactions, handling cross-border deals for airlines, lessors and banks with close supervision.

You will contribute to drafting, due diligence and document management, developing technical expertise and client relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' PQE, qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or their equivalent in a common law jurisdiction.

Mansioni

• Work on complex aviation finance transactions including purchase orders, leases and restructurings.
• Collaborate with airlines, lessors and banks on cross-border deals.
• Manage conditions precedent and ancillary documents with supervision.
• Develop strategies and provide practical, business-oriented advice to international clients.
