Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Singapore seeks a Paralegal to join the Aviation practice within the Asset Finance team. You will support aviation transactions and coordinate with clients and counterparties throughout the deal lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of paralegal or contracts management experience, with an interest in aviation finance. Excellent English, strong MS Office skills, and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years paralegal or contracts management experience.
• Ideally with aviation finance, aircraft leasing or asset finance exposure.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Proficient with file management systems and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support aviation transactions across the deal lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients and counterparties including law firms, leasing companies, airlines and manufacturers.
• Draft and review transaction documents.
• Manage CPs, checklists, closings and post-closing activities.
