Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Customer Support Executive to back customer accounts, coordinate aftersales services, and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers, handle shipping and invoicing, maintain ERP records, and assist with reports and marketing events. Aviation industry experience is preferred, with a diploma or degree and 2+ years in customer support.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer support or client service experience; aviation industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Provide account-related support to the Customer Support Manager and Business Development Directors.
• Prepare sales quotations, follow up on quotations through to closure, and generate customer status reports, monthly sales reports and KPI-related documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, provide appropriate solutions and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with external customers to build positive working relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams on account matters, job inductions, job closures, meetings and ad-hoc reporting.
• Manage shipping, invoicing and logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the ERP system.
• Liaise with OEM headquarters on warranty claims, spare parts inventory, long-term agreements and lease/exchange agreements.
• Prepare sales and management reports and support marketing events planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements, including export controls and business ethics.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) hotline duty.
• Undertake occasional business travel as required.
