Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites a customer-focused professional to join our aviation-oriented team at Changi North. The role supports the Customer Support Manager and Business Development Directors on account-related issues, including generating quotes and documenting KPIs.

The position emphasizes aftersales support, KPI reporting and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. It is a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible) with transport provided and a completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum two years related customer support experience (aviation preferred).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Support Manager and Business Development Directors on account-related issues.
• Generate quotes and follow up to closure; produce routine KPI reports.
• Maintain professionalism when handling customer queries or complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Engage external customers and build rapport through regular communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for meetings, inductions and ad-hoc reporting.
• Administer and coordinate shipping, invoicing and other logistics activities.
• Document and maintain data integrity of sales and customer records in ERP.
• Interface with OEM HQ for warranties, spares inventory, long-term agreements and sales reports.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events.
• Support compliance requirements (export controls, business ethics, etc.).
• Provide 24/7 AOG hotline support on rotation (possible weekend/PH/overnight) with additional allowance.
• Occasional travel to client sites.
