CHRIS HUNTER PTE. LTD. in Loyang, Singapore, seeks an experienced Customer Support Manager to drive satisfaction and long-term relationships in the Aviation/Aerospace sector.

You will act as the primary contact for customers, own issues through resolution, and coordinate with warranty and finance teams to improve performance and timely deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 6 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related field; preferred
• 6 years of customer support and services in a commercial aerospace environment
• Lean principles and continuous improvement experience
• Project management experience advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Achieve customer satisfaction per scorecards and lead relations with customers
• Develop new and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Serve as the focal point for all customer-related matters
• Own customer issues and drive them to resolution
• Maintain CRM records of actions and discussions
• Conduct on-site meetings (PRM/TRM/ERM) as required
• Generate post-visit reports and manage actions to completion
• Create and monitor KPI reports
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with warranty teams to validate claims and settlements
• Review backlog reports to prevent late deliveries
• Support Finance in late AR recovery and systemic actions
• Provide level 1 & 2 technical support using drawings/data
• Support EIS for new aircraft types
• Be available per aftermarket constraints
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills; leadership
• Maintain organization; strong presentation and negotiating skills
