Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an AV/ICT support technician for a one-year contract within a school environment. The role involves providing AV and ICT support for events, video creation/editing, and classroom tech setup.

You will troubleshoot equipment (projectors, Apple TV, vizualisers), perform preventive maintenance, manage inventory and coordinate with vendors. Fluency in English and readiness to attend an interview are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of AV experience in a school environment.
• Experience in a Singapore school is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV, media and ICT support for school events, assemblies and performances.
• Assist with video creation/editing and classroom technology setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide AV, media and ICT support for school events, assemblies and performances.
• Assist with video creation/editing and classroom technology setup.
• Troubleshoot AV/IT equipment, including projectors, visualisers, Apple TV and students' PLDs.
• Perform preventive maintenance of AV/IT equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms.
• Coordinate with vendors on equipment servicing, repairs, installations and procurement.
• Manage AV equipment loans, inventory, maintenance records and equipment documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning and functional checks of AV/IT equipment.
• Assist in receiving and verifying equipment deliveries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant AV experience in a school environment.
• Experience in a Singapore school is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience in logistics maintenance and inventory management is an advantage.
• Candidates will be required to attend an interview with the school management.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year)Oct 2026 to Sep 2027

Mondays to Thursday: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
