Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an ICT Trainer to provide AV support for school operations and events, and to train staff.

You will capture photos and videos at events, produce multimedia content for the school's website, and run weekly Infocomm Club sessions.

The role requires a diploma in IT/Multimedia, at least 2 years' ICT trainer experience, MOE instructor registration, and proficiency with iOS, Office, Google Suite and video editing software.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Multimedia related field.
• At least 2 years ICT trainer or related experience.
• At least 2 years in photo/video capture and multimedia production, with video editing software experience.
• Proficient with iOS on iPad, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and AI tools.
• Experience creating, designing and maintaining school websites.
• Registered MOE instructor as of ITQ closing date.

Requirement

• Minimally a Diploma holder in an IT/Multimedia related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Trainer or relevant experience in related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in photo taking video recording and multimedia production (please specify experience in the use of video editing software e.g. Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut Pro, etc)
• Proficient in the following:
  • iOS platform and use of iPad
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • IOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets, etc)
  • Google Suite
  • AI Tools
  • Creating, designing and maintaining website
• Must be registered with MOE as an instructor as of ITQ closing date.

Additional

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7.15am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Tuesdays (CCA day): 7.15am to 5.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7.15am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service may be required on weekdays in the afternoon and some weekends for official school events (staff will be compensated with time-off)
