Job summary

Career International 科锐国际 is seeking a hands-on Hardware Engineer to lead automotive LiDAR product design in Singapore. You will own schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and ensure high-speed signal integrity, working fully onsite from 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities include DFMEA, WCCA, and validation to automotive reliability standards, plus prototype testing and ramping to mass production. You will collaborate with test teams, optimize materials, and drive continuous design improvements across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines.
Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits.
Strong EMC principles and reliability engineering knowledge.
Hands-on debugging with lab equipment.
Experienced with schematic and PCB design CAD tools.
Good documentation and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware design for automotive LiDAR products, including schematic design and PCB layout reviews.
Perform DFMEA and WCCA; simulate high‑speed signal and power integrity.
Validate products to automotive reliability standards; develop test fixtures.
Drive mass production ramp-up; optimize design and incoming material quality.
Collaborate with test teams to set up test environments and FCT fixtures.
Proactively propose design improvements to boost performance.
