Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hardware engineer to lead automotive LiDAR hardware design, including schematic circuit design and PCB layout rule definition.

You will perform DFMEA and WCCA, run high-speed signal and power integrity simulations, validate products to automotive high-reliability standards, and develop test fixtures. Join a multidisciplinary team to drive production ramp-up, design improvements, and test environments across engineering, testing and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits, reliability engineering and EMC principles.
• Strong hands-on hardware debugging skills.
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes, signal generators and other electronic lab equipment.
• Experience with schematic circuit and PCB design CAD tools.
• Knowledge or experience in DFMEA, WCCA, signal integrity and power integrity would be advantageous.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Able to analyze technical findings and prepare standardized engineering reports.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work effectively across engineering, testing and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design for automotive LiDAR products.
• Prepare design documentation and conduct DFMEA and WCCA.
• Perform high-speed signal and power integrity simulations.
• Conduct product and chip validation according to automotive high-reliability standards.
• Develop test fixtures and troubleshoot chip reliability and hardware issues.
• Support requirement alignment, prototype validation and mass production ramp-up.
• Improve product design, incoming material quality and production testing processes.
• Work with test teams to establish test environments and support FCT fixture design and debugging.
• Troubleshoot and optimize test logic, product performance and reliability.
• Propose and implement hardware design improvements to enhance existing products.
• Drive technical improvements from concept through implementation.
