Job summary

The Singapore project is part of a global American multinational focused on industrial automation and integrated control solutions. The Hardware Engineering team in Singapore seeks a senior hardware engineer to design, analyze, and qualify high‑reliability hardware blocks for next‑generation products.

You will work on components selection, PCB layouts, signal integrity, and compliance efforts, collaborating across disciplines to meet stringent requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware product design, including analog/digital circuits and PCB design.
• Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation, UL/ATEX compliance, signal integrity, power integrity, and timing analysis.
• Experience with analog circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, Mathcad, Saber or equivalent.
• Exposure to Python, LabVIEW, functional safety (IEC61508) or industrial automation programming is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware systems, including component selection, schematics, PCB layout, and tolerance analysis.
• Perform circuit analysis and simulations to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and execute hardware qualification, certification, compliance, and fault insertion test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet technical and quality requirements.
• Research and apply new hardware technologies and best practices to product development.
