Job summary

HP in Singapore is seeking an experienced R&D Electrical Hardware Engineer to lead PCA design and system-level integration for new product introductions. You will drive design reviews, assess risks, and ensure robust, compliant hardware across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in a project lead or equivalent technical leadership position with 3–5 years in EE PCA design, strong communication skills, and hands-on capabilities in PCB design, testing, and debugging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years as Project Lead or equivalent technical leadership role.
• 3–5 years of EE PCA design experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCA design reviews and system-level integration for NPI programs.
• Drive end-to-end PCA design incl. schematic, layout review and validation.
• Define EE best practices, design guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with ME, FW, Operations and suppliers for seamless integration.
