Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social channels, phone and walk-ins.
• Recommend suitable services and paint protection packages.
• Co-ordinate customer’s vehicle booking schedules, receiving and collection.
• Work independently and often unsupervised, to deliver the tasks allocated.
• Maintain customer records and operational reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
