GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused Telephone Operator for our automotive call centre in Redhill, Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

The role involves handling calls, routing inquiries, booking appointments, and explaining vehicle features and warranties to customers, with 5.25 working days per week and office hours.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent completed.
• At least 6 months experience in customer service or call centre (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, manage customer enquiries, and provide accurate information on products and services
• Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently
• Serve as the first point of contact for bookings and appointments, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Explain vehicle warranty details, maintenance requirements, and key features clearly to customers
