Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. seeks a motivated Junior customer support admin to support daily operations and ensure a seamless service experience in the automotive sector. Based at Macpherson, the role focuses on client inquiries, admin tasks, and cross-functional coordination.

You will work in a structured environment with 5.25 working days, receiving an up-to SGD 2,600 monthly salary, OT payable, and opportunities for bonuses and AWS salary increments after probation.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in Customer Service.
• Prior experience in automotive industry and Autoline system is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Support daily administrative operations and coordinate customer arrangements.
• Assist in quotations, invoicing, parts coordination, and service documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
