Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a role that drives organisational efficiency and digital innovation through automation, RPA, AI agents, and macro-based tools. You will identify opportunities and deliver automation projects across diverse workflows to streamline operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to govern access rights and ensure secure, compliant digital operations while leading re-engineering efforts to transform manual tasks into digital-first processes.

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, Programming, Digitalisation or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools and macro-based automation.
• Ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders.

• Manage and oversee access rights and user permissions to ensure secure and compliant digital operations
• Lead re-engineering efforts to transform manual tasks into streamlined, digital-first processes
• Actively explore and propose new digital tools and technologies to enhance daily operational workflows

What we are looking for:
