Job summary

You will manage access rights, engage diverse stakeholders, and continuously explore new tools to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, Programming, Digitalisation or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools and macro-based automation.
• Ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders.

What You Will Be Working On

• Drive organisational efficiency by identifying and implementing automation solutions, including the use of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), AI agents and macro-based tools
• Manage and oversee access rights and user permissions to ensure secure and compliant digital operations
• Lead re-engineering efforts to transform manual tasks into streamlined, digital-first processes
• Actively explore and propose new digital tools and technologies to enhance daily operational workflows

Challenge(s)

• Identifying and implementing effective automation solutions across diverse operational workflows while ensuring secure and compliant access rights governance
