Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, a member of PhillipCapital, invites you to join its Human Capital team as an Automation Intern. You will help improve operational efficiency and data analysis through RPA and agentic AI tools, delivering hands-on automation projects with tangible impact.

In this role you will analyse processes, design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Claude, and other tools; prepare PRD/PDD documents; troubleshoot and enhance automations,

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field.
Familiar with UiPath, Power Automate, and agentic AI tools such as Claude.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Analyse current processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Claude or other automation tools.
Prepare Product Requirements Document (PRD) or Process Design Document (PDD) and other documentation as needed
Troubleshoot and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficient operation
Ensure all automations follow best practices for scalability and maintainability
