Job summary

PhillipCapital is seeking proactive students to explore how AI and automation can streamline real business workflows in Singapore. You will partner with business teams to map current processes, identify repeating tasks, and craft simple digital solutions that save time and boost daily productivity.

You will build lightweight tools, dashboards, and apps using modern AI and automation tools, test with users, iterate, and help roll out solutions into live use.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, AI, Business, or related field.
• Interested in using technology to solve practical business problems.
• Able to communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work with different teams.
• Bonus: experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, Python, SQL, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Team up with business users to understand how work is done today.
• Spot pain points, repeated tasks, and areas where AI or automation can help.
• Build simple tools, dashboards, workflows, or apps using AI and automation tools.
• Test your solutions with users, improve them, and support rollout to live use.
