Job summary

Learning Point Kids in Singapore is seeking a motivated learner for a role focused on turning manual processes into automated workflows using Google Sheets, Forms, Docs and Apps Script. The position offers real ownership from week one and a chance to impact daily operations. Minimum 6 months, Monday to Friday, Thomson Plaza, near Upper Thomson MRT.

No weekends. You will be guided by a named supervisor and receive a proper handover.

Qualifications

Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Comfortable in Google Sheets and Docs - formulas, not just typing.
Genuinely interested in automation and AI tools, and willing to learn by breaking things.
Structured and organised, and able to hold a task without being chased.
Clear communication. You will be explaining your work to people who are not technical.
No prior coding experience required. We mean it.

Responsibilities

Work out how a process actually runs today - by sitting with the people who do it, not by reading a document about it.
Build the fix in Google Workspace: Sheets, Forms, Docs and Drive, and Apps Script where it earns its place.
Test it with the team who will use it, then write the short guide that lets them run it without you.
Turn research into something a decision can be made from - competitor pricing, tools, market questions.
Help across operations generally. In a team this size you will see marketing, HR, finance and the centres themselves, not one narrow slice of a big company.
