Job summary

Learning Point Kids Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a trainee to streamline our daily admin and operations using Google Sheets, Forms, Docs and Apps Script.

From week one you will own small automation tasks with guidance from a supervisor, building solutions that teachers and staff will use daily.

No coding experience is required; you will learn by doing, with a clear handover and a 6-month minimum commitment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Docs; formulas and basic functions.
• Interested in automation and AI tools; eager to learn by experimentation.
• Structured, organised and able to manage tasks without supervision.
• Clear communication for non-technical audiences.
• No prior coding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how a process runs today by meeting the people involved.
• Build fixes in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Drive) and Apps Script where appropriate.
• Test with end users and write a short guide to empower them to run it themselves.
• Turn research into data for pricing, tools and market questions.
• Support across operations including marketing, HR, finance and centres.
