Job summary

SEA Singapore seeks a capable professional to identify opportunities to apply AI tools to PMO workflows, build automations, and integrate tools to save the team time. The role focuses on enhancing PMO processes and supporting basic automation initiatives.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy small-scale application solutions, assist with planning IT infra projects, and proactively track progress with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Major in Computer Science / Data Science / Information Systems / Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to PMO workflows and build automations.
• Enhance and maintain existing PM workflow automations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy small-scale application solutions.
• Assist with planning and managing small to medium IT infra projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Proactively drive and track project progress, identify issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take meeting minutes.
• Update and manage project documents including timelines, RAID logs, proposals, and status reports.

Job description

• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) to PMO workflows beyond basic tasks — building automations, agentic workflows, and tool integrations that save the team meaningful time.
• Further enhance and maintain existing PM workflow automations.
• Good to have experience in Google Apps Script across Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Forms).

Project & Infra Support

• Design, develop, test, and deploy small-scale application solutions.
• Assist with planning and managing small to medium size IT infra projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Proactively drive and track project progress, identify issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support resource allocation and risk management activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineers and commercial teams, to gather project requirements and establish project objectives.
• Participate in regular project meetings and take meeting minutes.

Documentation

• Update and manage project documents, including project timelines, RAID logs, commercial proposals, status reports, and handover reports.
