Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, digital automation, or operations support.
• Proficiency in workflow/automation tools (Activepieces, HubSpot, Jira).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior exposure to fintech, lending, or process-driven environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise workflow automations using Activepieces, HubSpot, Jira, and other low/no-code platforms.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose scalable automation solutions.
• Lead automation projects for product workflows and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Document workflows and SOPs to support change management.
• Maintain and enhance automation flows for reliability and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors or internal teams.
